The Experience Center manifested through a suite of Industry 4.0 software solution offerings would assist industries players to have a first-hand experience on how technology interventions in their operations would help them digitally transform their businesses enabling them to be future ready.

With regards to the Industry 4.0 compliant software suite that would be deployed at the Experience Center, below are the details for the same:

Kaledo Print: From palette creation to the preparation of print specifications, Kaledo Print supports designers for the key steps of the print design process. Combine artistic tools and scanned images to create new print designs, reduce and recolor flat and tonal prints, create and vary print repeats and prepare print specifications with callouts, color information, text and images for accurate communication with design, product development and production teams.
 

Kaledo Knit: Kaledo Knit accelerates key steps of the knit development process such as structure development, color palette creation and yarn management. Kaledo Knit improves collaboration between textile design and product development teams with the fast development of textile designs and realistic simulations. Designers create knitted structures and stitch details by combining yarns, colors and stitch patterns to achieve different aesthetic and textural effects to view what a fabric would look like if it were produced or as a technical layout, for communication with design, product development and production teams.
 

Kaledo Weave: From basic weave to technical stripes and plaids, Kaledo Weave supports designers for the key steps of woven textile design. Create color palettes, combine yarn sequences and weave patterns to create realistic weave simulations and prepare weave specifications for accurate communication with design, product development and production teams.
 

Kaledo Style: Kaledo Style gives designers the means to take creative ideas to reality. Simple and effective apparel specific tools cut down the time needed to create new styles and carry over bestsellers. Range plans and quick sketches jumpstart fast, visual concept development by turning creative trends into product ideas quickly. And detailed specification and production instructions reduce the need for clarifications when communicating product ideas to teams and suppliers.
 

Modaris 3D Expert:  For pattern-making and grading with Expert technology (dependencies). Includes access to 3D module for fitting control, style validation and collection review.

Diamino Pro:  For the interactive and automatic marker making solution Includes marker management and the tight-packing of nested pieces and automatic nesting of a marker.

Diamino Expert:  For interactive and automatic nesting of matched, plain fabrics and fabric with motifs. The product includes marker management and all processing features.

Optiplan: For automatic planning of production orders processed in batch mode. Automatic creation of marker lists and spread plans through sophisticated algorithms.

The services will be offered free of cost to registered AEPC members.
