This has reference to the schedule of 39^th AGM of the council to be held on 28.09.2018 at New Delhi.
 
It may be noted that The “Cut-Off” date for determining the edibility of members who can cast the vote at AGM is 21.09.2018 (Friday) and thereafter from 22.09.2018 to 28.09.2018 (Both days inclusive), the register of member will remain closed.
 
It has been observed that on 21.09.2018 there is holiday of Muharram in all AEPC offices.
 
Therefore, in view of Cut-off date for 39th AGM of the Council is 21.09.2018, all the offices will be remain open on 21.09.2018 for receiving all dak related to Annual General Meeting. 
 
In view of the above, all regional offices are requested that the details about the dak received relating to Membership & Secretarial Department be communicated to undersigned on 21.09.2018 after closing of office hours. 
 
In case, no dak is received on 21.09.2018 related to Membership & Secretarial Department, “NIL” information must be communicated on E-Mail. 
 
The information regarding opening of offices on 21.09.2018 may be put on Council’s Notice Board also.
